Topline System Engineering was founded in Kaohsiung, Taiwan on October 10, 1978 with a capital of NT$100,000. It was initially engaged in the sales agency business of refrigeration and air-conditioning engineering and related equipment. Following the pulse of Taiwan's economic development, it has undergone changes and adjusted its business philosophy. , constantly innovating technology, successively obtained the domestic agency rights for EMS partition boards of Japan's Mitsubishi Electric refrigeration equipment, West Germany's Bitzer and Guntner refrigeration equipment, and began to undertake the overall mechanical and electrical work of CAS standard food, meat factories, GMP pharmaceutical factories, and ultra-low temperature refrigeration plants. In 1989 , it entered into technical cooperation with Nippon Light Metal Co., Ltd. (NL M) and set up a factory in Tainan to start producing clean room partition boards.

Each The combined monthly production capacity can supply 100,000 M2 of various partition boards, 60,000 M2 of system ceilings and more than 3,000 doors and windows. It is the largest supplier of dust-free interior decoration products on both sides of the Taiwan Strait. To date, Tailing has produced and completed engineering and installation of more than 10 million M2 of partition systems, more than 5 million M2 of ceiling systems, and more than 500,000 doors and windows.
